Here's your chance! Led by our own Beven McWilliams, SoCal Dive Babes presents an intro to costal foraging of the California coast. We will learn about the different species of seaweeds as well as different parts of seaweed structure and how to sustainably forage.
There will be several seaweeds to sample and techniques for eating. You will learn about the different species and where they grow, different parts of the seaweed, how to forage and other best practices. Lastly, you will learn how seaweed is used in cooking! Bring a mug to sample some broth.
